• Responsible of Medical & Life insurance for the VIP accounts such as American Embassy, USAID projects, Canadian Embassy, European Commission, ICRC, Etc, by preparing proposals & offers in coordination with senior technical underwriter, managing contracts and day to day work.
• Grow the sales of the department in a profitable manner and according to the strategy of the company.
• Jointly service the existing special clients of the company in terms of policy administration matters or claims issues (in coordination with SCRM or Department Manager) and follow up on renewals of policies (including providing clients with necessary reports on the performance of their contracts, recovery reports, paid claims reports, fraudulent claims, beneficiaries abusing the system, etc.).
• Assist the department manager in training new customer relationship officers.
• Prepare presentations and other marketing materials as needed.
• Any Additional Tasks assigned by the department.
• Researching markets to identify opportunities for conferences.
• Helping the upper management in setting an annual strategy and budget for the company conferences.
• Plans, promotes, and executes sales meetings.
• Selling and marketing sponsorship proposals/exhibition space to potential sponsors /exhibitors/partners.
• Responsible for the required processes in organizing Arab Advisors Group conferences; This includes dealing with sponsors, media partners, hotels Online, website developers, print production houses…etc. guarantee Arab Advisors Group high presence in telecoms & media conferences and exhibitions.
• Producing detailed proposals for conferences (e.g. timelines, venues, suppliers, legal obligations, invoicing, and budgets).
• Develop, establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients, vendors, and all related parties.
• Marketing and PR activities.
• Managing mailshots design, content and dispatch.
• Press conferences arrangements.
• Attending local conferences to promote and organize the company conferences.
• Overseeing the dismantling and removal of the event and clearing the venue efficiently.
