Responsible for maintaining adequate record of all travel agents, city ledger, credit cards and tenants' accounts and reconciling it with the general ledger balances.
1. Ascertains that all charges received for billing are proper & with complete supporting.
2. Prepares statement of accounts.
3. Reconciles Bank receipts with posting in system.
4. Assures that the individual account cards show complete names and addresses and other pertinent information required when they are typed.
5. Prepares an aged trial balance of the city ledger accounts at the close of each month and reconciles with the total shown on the control card.
6. Age all accounts and prepares abstract of aged accounts.
Ascertains that the statements are filed on all open accounts in accordance with the established policy.
Performs other duties that may be assigned.
Semester IV - Corporate Internship). Began training in Capex followed by gaining knowledge in MIS, Accounts Payable, GST, Receipt Report, Bank Reconciliation, etc.
Four months beginning from 4th December 2017 to 4th April 2018.
Semester II - Summer Training). Was given the responsibility of attending to customers queries, giving them Net Banking & Mobile Banking demonstrations, and helping the customers in filling forms.
