Preparing the bill according to the guests order and let them pay cash or by signature and be paid during their checkout day.
Daily inventory of restaurant items and requesting to purchase if needed.
Collecting the In House List, Arrival List and Expected Departure List of Guest from the Front Office and make a Room attendant Report.
Issuing the respective Floor Master Card to the Room attendants.
Doing the Duty Roster for Housekeeping Department.
Receiving Room requests from Guests.
Releasing the “Cleaned Rooms” to Front Office.
Ordering of House Keeping materials.
Supervising the daily linens for laundry as well as outsourcing.
Setting up the trolley to start the duty of a room attendant including Bed Making.
Dusting, vacuuming the floor, checking of Amenities and making sure everything is complete and in proper places.
