- Draft and approve all Business agreements and Contracts with Key Account and Co-ops

- Lead negotiations and communications to obtain new Brands and Agencies Distribution contracts, travelling frequently to renew the Agency and Legal Distribution agreements with the FMCG mother companies in UK, Germany and UAE .

- Conduct Marketing researchs and Sales analysis in light with AC Nielsen monthly Brand health reports and the competition activities.

- Provide accurate forecasts of Products and Skus to mother companies and supply chain teams as per Annual IMS plan and market dynamics.

- Maintain Best management and ROI of merchandising planograms and POSM, all types of in store display unites.
