General Responsibilities:

• MEP, Fire alarm & Firefighting Design and Engineering works.
• Overall managing the on-site work from hand-take to handover.
• Preparing submittals to project consultants including all related reports, i.e. work schedule, method statement, risk assessment, etc.
• Reviewing consultant design and drawing for relevant mechanical works & recording and reporting variation.
• Dealing with other main contractors and sub-contractors with efficiency.
• Material procurement and negotiations with the suppliers in terms of technical assessment & commercial value as per the procurement standards.
• Maintaining company policy and upkeeping the highest HSE standards always.
• Liaising with financial reporting matters and aspects such as budgeting and assistance in account collections, product development,
• Working effectively & closely in the office with other teams like design, sales, HR, legal, etc. and preserving friendly environment among all staff in the department.
• Establishing & maintaining good landlord-contractor relationships and similarly with other contractors and consultants.
• Coordinating with government sectors when needed & visiting Civil Defense department when needed and upholding good relationship with civil defense team.

Site Accountabilities:

• Supervising and managing the project team of 30 operatives including manpower deployment, job delegation, and overall management.
• Overseeing the installations of MEP, fire alarm & firefighting works, according to the project specification together with pre and post commissioning and programing.
• Following the work progress of ongoing sites on daily, weekly, monthly and project basis to ensure completing of project according to the agreed timeline.
• Arranging the productivity and performance analysis reports to senior management.
• Ensuring the best work implementation as per the company rules as well as the official codes of local authorities.
