- Coordinate all aspects of payment operations including coordination
with the product management team.
- Monitor and analyze Daily and Monthly PGW transactions through
Power Bi & Excel
- Monitor operations plan including relevant processes, standards
- Configure the buy Now-Pay later project
- Account management (Opay Direct discount Merchants, Waffarha,
Shahry, Valu)
- Configure the system by inserting (merchant, branches and payment
cycles)
- Attending UAT/Testing
- Tracking and reporting on projects performance
- Building up a merchant database from the foundation level
- Bank Installment fee configuration
- System creations through Loyalty and Copounz programs.
- UAT and Generating codes.
- Project management across system creations (FMCGs, Exxonmobil
KSA, Banking (CIB Bonus/ Alex points/ Al Ahly points), Visa, Lucky,
Vodafone Romania, VF Egypt, We, Orange)
- Offers creation and Testing
- Offers configurations
