My Role is to Handle a team of 5 for European and African region support. I work for the application support related to Banking services known as Finacle - CRM. It involves analyzing/ debugging and solving application related issues. Taking up clients new requirement, developing and delivering the Customization Request. Scheduling team meeting everyday, helping and mentoring team mates. Also I'm the Single point of contact for any escalation from client. Also schedule WebEx meetings/conference/one to one meetings with clients .
