• Producing stage plans, highlight reports, risk logs, requests for change etc.
• Providing strategic direction during the implementation stages.
• Managing client expectations by ensuring the delivery of the highest quality service
• Acting on client feedback.
• Monitoring staff & team performance.

Leading a team of software developers (junior and senior) to rapidly develop software products with fluency in Objective C, Core Foundation, MapKit, Core Location and other frameworks provided by Apple. Experienced with CocoaPods, TestFlight, XMPP Chat Protocols with strong data-oriented skills and knowledge of Core Data database and UI design implementation using code, Storyboards and NIB files.

Duties:
• Developing variously native iOS apps for the customers, both for iPhone and iPad and publishing it to the iOS App store.
• Developing update patches, modules and components for different applications.
• Designing applications for all types of screen sizes and orientations.
• Improving application security using encryption to encapsulate sensitive data.
• Reviewing and debugging code written by other developers on team.
• Staying up to date on the latest trends & technologies industry-wide and sharing that knowledge with the internal team.
• Using GitHub / Crashlytics for source controls and bug tracking.

Developing Mobiles Applications for Nokia (Symbian OS and Meego) devices using Qt SDK.
