HVD Automation Solution: within the virtualization team, I was responsible of proposing a technical solution, realize the needed analysis, design and implement a new web application using Asp.net core csharp to automate the management of the Hosted virtual Desktop Machines (HVD) and deploy the application on the production environment.

Oracle FLexcube Core banking system (12.2.0.2.11): Implementation, Development, Migration and Reconciliation:
• Assigned to the implementation of the core banking platform (Oracle Flexcube).
• Participation in the roll-out and go-live of FCUBS for offshore entities.
• Analysis of Business requirements and qualifying their feasibility.
• Proposing solutions and workarounds for system gaps.
• Setup and parametrization based on the business requirements.
• Contributing in the preparation and validation of the Software Requirements Specifications.
• Preparing technical documentation of all the business solutions provided.
• Extensive testing of the system-based functionalities, the customizations and the interfaces with the satellite applications.

• Data Migration of the old core banking system data to the new core System “FLexcube” using PL/SQL packages and procedures.

• Guiding the business team in the customizations and Interfaces requirements by suggesting the best practice.

• Development of the new reports requested on the new core banking system by the different departments using Oracle Business Intelligence Publisher (BIP and OBIEE)
o Dedupe Application: Analysis, Design and Development of a web application that aims to search for customers based on the Soundex of their name and other criteria. This application is integrated with the new core banking system (FCUBS) using Oracle Data Integrator (ODI)
o IDM Application (Insurance Data Management): Analysis, Design and Development of the insurance Data Management web application
o SLA Application (Service Level Agreement): Analysis, Design and Development of an SLA web Application that manages the requests between the different departments of the bank.
Laserfiche:
• Laserfiche Integration: Development of the integration of Laserfiche with the core-banking system (ICBS) using SQL Packages and procedures.
• Front End Support: User Management (create groups, users, permissions…), Documents Management
• Workflows Development: Design, development and implementation of a set of workflows that allow the management of the scanned documents
o Key Fact Statement and Credit Card Contracts: Analysis, design, development and implementation of the automation of the key Fact Statements and the Credit Cards Contracts.
o Branch Utilities Management: Development of the Branch Utilities Management Application that manages the locker Keys in each branch.
o Documentation Application: Analysis, design, development and implementation of the documentation App that allows the management of all the applications developed at Credit Bank. This application allows tracking of each application, and it is used during the appraisal “End of year” as it generated the entire tasks completed by each employee during a specific period.
o CRM (Siebel) / Back-End Integration: Programmer Analyst. Development and Integration of Siebel CRM with the bank’s core-banking system using web services and SSIS.
o Online Money Transfer (OMT): Development and Integration of Various OMT Functionalities such as loan payment, cash deposits, and card payment with the bank’s core system using FTP.
o Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA): Analysis, design, development, and implementation of the bank’s FATCA Application.
o Know Your Customer (KYC): Analysis, design, development, and implementation of the bank’s KYC Application.
o Iskan Calculator: Formulated an application that computes the loan eligibility.
o BDL Syndicated loans: Analysis, design, development, and implementation of application that automated the generation of Reports for the BDL Syndicated loans.
o Student Tuition Payment: Analysis, design, development, and implementation of a branches’ application which settles student’s tuitions.
o HR Application: Analysis, design, development, and implementation of an HR Application related to employees Request.
