Schedule/arrange meetings with CRSD Manager and draft minutes of meetings
• Work as a vocal point between CRSD team in Sana’a and Sustainable & Community Relation team
in Balhaf & Marib.
• Prepare and provide up to date (Daily - Weekly - Monthly) Community Relation & Sustainable
Development reports.
• Design and prepare reports, when requested by management.
• Collect data & information and prepare new files, tracking systems and spread sheets as and when
required
• Prepare and format documentation (i.e. Power Point Presentations, spread sheets, templates) and
compile data when required
• Prepare Sustainable projects status power point monthly presentation for management.
• Manage and monitor the project management software tasks used by YLNG company (Data Entry -
Produce reports (Monthly - Quarterly - Yearly) for management.
• Assist in preparing reports requested by other departments ( i.e Contracts - Audit)
• Efficient and effective archiving of projects and issues documentation and management of database
at Sana’a office.
• Efficient and effective coordination of meetings and workshops and related documentation

Operation Social Tool which designed by Aid Impact company that associated to (TOTAL
Company -Paris)) that developed and customized by me based in my company needs.
