Budget Plan preparing. “Yearly, semiannual, Quarterly and monthly bases through Management of the entire Treasury
Function including bank and cash and AR;
(Following up collecting checks, Collections, disbursements, concentration, investment in TD, TB)
Responsible for general ledger and match it with the bank statement
Responsible for facilities (Overdraft, High debit interest, Application forms, Studying and negotiating Banks’ Contracts
and all procedures with the bank)
Ensure optimal application of local cash surpluses within prescribed policies of Corporate Treasury (cash pooling
management, Supporting petty cash with the needed finance on time)
Responsible for all Treasuries related reporting locally within the ERP and to Corporate Treasury (Weekly preparing
cash position, Monthly transferring salaries, monthly auditing & approving banks reconciliations
Maintain contact between relevant banking institutions and the Company in order to service the relationship and rectify
identified problems timeously;
Responsible for completion of legal requirements with relevant banks as well as the necessary updating of mandated
officials or bank account signatories;
Daily revising the needed suppliers’ transfers’ undertakings according to each bank regulations related to LC and raising
funds to cover each foreign transfer (s) and following up till receiving the final swift of transfer from our banks.
Timely issuing needed LGs and following up receiving it on the distinct time
Timely closing Form 4 with our banks after collecting all related documents and shipment clearance
Contacts with the procurement and inventory dept. clearance on the shipments till the goods receive in the store.
Timely covering bank due payments and negotiating rescheduling due amounts if needed and according to our cash
availability “following up taking the needed approvals for earmarking with our banks’ officers
SAP FI KEY USER and Core team member:
Core team member of SAP FI implementation project as power user to analyze business requirement, gabs, provide the
master data, review finance part of posting figures, co-ordinate with consultants, testing and train end users
