-رسم سياسة للائتمان والتحصيل والعمل على متابعة الذمم المدينة والإشراف على تحصيلها.
-رصد وتفسير التدفقات النقدية والتنبؤ بالمستقبل و تحليل المتغيرات وتقديم المشورة لإدارة الشركة وفقا لذلك.
-المشاركة في صياغة استراتيجيات طويلة الأجل وخطط العمل والعمل على تطوير آليات الإدارة المالية التي تقلل من المخاطر المالية.
-عمل تحليل لتكاليف عمليات الشركة المختلفة وإجراء و استعراض وتقييم آليات لخفض التكاليف.
-تطبيق أنظمة واجراءات الضبط الداخلي.
-التنسيق مع المدقق الخارجي لضمان عملية الضبط المالي والتدقيق السنوي.
-مراجعة تقارير المعاملات المالية وقائمة الأسعار من أجل تحليل ظروف السوق.
-متابعة تنفيذ اتفاقيات العمل مع الأطراف ذات العلاقة بالشركة
-الإشراف على عمل الموظفين داخل الشركة.
-الإشراف على إعداد كشوفات الرواتب الشهرية وكل ما يتعلق بالامتيازات المالية للموظفين.
-الإشراف على شؤون الموظفين في الشركة وتنظيم عملهم ودوامهم وإجازاتهم والأمور ذات العلاقة.
-تقييم الاحتياجات من الموارد البشرية والتوصية بالتعيينات الجديدة
