Coordinating with representatives of accreditation and quality assurance in both universities and the college regarding the following:

 Preparing the university/college card, documenting everything related to the general accreditation of the university/college of documents and records, and working on updating the data annually.

 Preparing cards for each accredited specialization, documenting everything related to the special accreditation for each specialization, including documents and records, and working on updating the data annually.

 Preparing a card for the support unit to teach the requirements of the university, colleges, and their departments, and documenting everything related to the approval of this unit in terms of documents and records, and working to update the data annually.

 Work to ensure that the university / college achieves the institution's general accreditation standards and the special accreditation standards for all disciplines in a complete and undiminished manner, and addresses any deficiency or defect in these files.

 Supervise the preparation of documents related to accreditation files, and ensure their integrity, accuracy and completeness before sending them to the Accreditation and Quality Assurance Commission for Higher Education Institutions (AQACHEI).

 Cooperate with the accreditation and follow-up committees assigned by the Accreditation and Quality Assurance Commission for Higher Education Institutions (AQACHEI) to visit the university/ college, prepare to receive these committees, and follow up their work on campus.

 Carrying out studies and surveys related to the development of the number of students in the university, colleges, and accredited majors, and submitting proposals regarding raising or lowering capacity, freezing or canceling majors, and developing programs.

 Preparing periodic reports related to human resources from faculty members, supervisors, technicians, and administrators necessary to implement study plans and the extent to which they achieve general and special accreditation standards for accredited majors and programs, and the required fields of knowledge.

 Carrying out periodic field trips for the purposes of evaluating the educational environment, infrastructure, facilities, squares, and parking lots, and preparing periodic reports in this regard.

 Spreading the culture of guaranteeing accreditation standards, and providing assistance to colleges and academic departments in following up accreditation files, and maintaining the achievement of its standards.

 Follow-up of the university proficiency exam file, supervise the implementation of the exam and follow up on its results, and benefit from the results in developing educational outcomes for academic programs and subjects.

2. Coordinator of the academic accreditation system for higher education institutions, preparing the project document and measuring indicators.

3. Training the employees of the General Secretariat and representatives of the Higher Education Institutions concerned with accreditation and quality assurance, and familiarize them with the Academic Accreditation procedures issued by the Higher Education Council and its standards.

4. Provide consultancy on the implementation of the system of Institutional Academic Accreditation for Higher Education Institutions in the Kingdom of Bahrain.

5. Representing the General Secretariat of Higher Education Council (HEC) within the inspection teams of the British Accreditation Council (BAC).

6. The Chairman of the review and audit committee in Higher Education Institutions and the preparation of technical reports in accordance with the regulations and instructions issued by the Higher Education Council (HEC).

7. The coordinator of the Academic Accreditation Committee which formed by the prime minister of Bahrain and its working, in which the most important is the evaluation of the results of the inspection reports of institutions participated in the application of the Institutional Accreditation of the University of Bahrain.

8. Coordination and communication with Higher Education Institutions and enable them to implement the decision of the Higher Education Council (HEC) on the formal application of Institutional Accreditation.
