(Adverting Agency)
A) Finance Manager: Main Duties & Responsibility: • Ensure the timely completion of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements ‎of the Agency• Also perform special job-related management financial reports as needed.
• Manage and prepare annual budgets for the Agency and perform periodic cost and productivity ‎analyses on the same to ensure compliance with budgetary guidelines.
• Develop budgetary models, policies and procedures, budget benchmarks and budget savings plan ‎and proposals.
• Develop and maintain a cash management program to ensure an adequate working capital and ‎return on cash balances addressing the investment needs.
• Serves as a strategic partner to the business President, assisting with business strategy on a ‎variety of financial related topics.
• Manages activities of staff engaged in the short- and long-range financial planning and budgeting ‎of labor and expenses for assigned business unit.
• Manages Agency activities to promote profitability and ensure accurate budgeting and financial ‎planning.
• Establishes department goals and action plans. Monitors and reports on progress in completing ‎projects and accomplishing goals. Resolves complex issues and problems as needed.
B) - Administration Manager: Main Duties & Responsibility: Develop, revise and implement HR policies and procedures
• Plan, implement and maintain a central file processing system that facilitates the analysis of all personnel management functions.
• Work with the Line Management Functions to understand their recruitment needs and implement recruitment polices and plans.
• Maintain positive relationships with external local/international recruitment agencies and universities.
• Initiate and implement performance evaluation system
• Manage the processing of employee documentation, ID cards and handling of visa matters and other Government related regulatory issues such as work permits, labor cards and driving licenses
• Monitor and administer annual leave applications, sickness, absences; issues commendations and disciplinary letters in liaison with the Department Managers

C) - Media Manager: (4 Years)
Preparation: • working with the client and the account team to understand a client's business objectives and advertising strategy;
• liaising with the creative agency team, clients and consumers to develop media strategies and campaigns;
• making decisions on the best form of media for specific clients and campaigns;
• applying detailed knowledge of media owners in a range of geographical locations;
• presenting proposals, with media and cost schedules to clients.
Implementation: • recommending the most appropriate types of media to use, as well as the most effective time spans and locations;
• working with colleagues, other departments and media buyers either in-house or in a specialist agency;
• making and maintaining good contacts with media owners, such as newspapers, magazines and websites;
• managing client relationships to ensure respect and trust in your judgment;
• proofreading advert text and content prior to release;
• maintaining detailed records;
• developing evaluation techniques for your campaigns
