To maintain the comprehensive awareness of:
All the project particulars and requirements (BOQ, Drawings, specifications, QCS)
Local authorities’ regulation: QCD, kahramaa and doha municipality (As par discipline)
CEG lnt’l QMS requirements with due attention and seriousness.
All design intent parameters.
Responsible for following up and tracking of the site works to ensure the components of the work quality conform to the specifications and the contract requirement.
To ensure that site inspectors do accurately undertake the work assigned to them and are familiar with the requirements of the project
quality plan.
Provide assistance to site inspectors on site, while being responsible for inspection requests by due reviewing and accreditation after site inspectors’ signature.
Inspect works to ensure they comply with the approvals of project shop drawings, material submittals, method statements and QCS 2014, and
respond to submitted IRs within the contractual period
Ensure repairs or alterations are performed correctly.
Preparation, Review and respond to shop drawings, material
submittals, RFIs, etc. within the contractual period.
To liaise closely with heads of sections and the other senior engineers to ensure, among other things, the proper co-ordination in the
review of drawings, material submittals, identification of possible technical, contractual or financial conflicts, advise on solutions, etc. ……
To attend progress / technical meetings, and site walks regularly.
To participate in preparation the required regular reports to the client/head office.
To report the progress of works for contractor’s valuations.
To check and comment on monthly progress reports of the contractors.
To prepare and submit the bi -weekly technical activities report to the relevant head of section (planning, QS, electrical, mechanical, safety)
To attend mockups inspections and material tests by third parties, if required.
Perform final testing and commissioning. (MEP SENIORS)
*Attend project taking-over and inspections by the local authorities.
-Ensure all design intent parameters
-Attend factory visits as required.
Construction Management tasks:
Management of the contract design documents supplied by the client.
Day-to-day management of the construction site
Supervision and monitoring of the site labor force and subcontractors works.
Liaising with the local authorities (when appropriate to the project)
to ensure compliance with local construction regulations and laws;
Liaising with consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners,
quantity surveyors and the
General workforce involved in the project;
Communicating with clients and their representatives (architects,
engineers and surveyors),
Including attending regular meetings of progress;
Planning the work and organizing the plant and site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines;
Construction Technical tasks:
Main technical adviser on construction site;
Technical check of Plans, drawings and quantities;
Preparing reports when required;
Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.

• Design and realization of prestressed beams section and rectangular
and prefabricated elements
• Concrete monitoring and formulation
