• Establish Annual Business Plans (Budget).
• Ensure submission to Top Management timely, accurate and complete financial reports with necessary analysis and remedy action plans and recommendation for variances / deviations against Budget
• Arrange for monthly meetings to review financial & business performance review meetings
• Manage the working capital of the organization to ensure optimum utilization of financial resources and maintain healthy cash position.
• Control actual costs vs. Budget to ensure the cost effectiveness of the company as a competitive advantage.
• Safeguard the Assets of the Business Units by establishing and validating Policies, Procedures and Internal Controls.
• Fulfill and validate all financial and legal business requirements, i.e. External Audit, Tax ( Sales and Income), Registration and all other Government Authorities requirements preparing financial statement (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow, statement of retained earnings
• Assist the Financial Controller in the overall control of the finance and accounting functions.
• Maintenance of Accounting records/books in alignment with IFRS, SOCBA and other local requirements.
• Assist the Financial Controller in developing the monthly Financial reports as per reporting standards and cycles and in preparing all financial analysis and ratios required by the Head Office,
