Dal dairy factory section (milk analysis, writing report, calibration devices, preparation chemicals lap, CIP, hygiene, monitoring temperature and water treatment, follow up production line and recipe
Sampling and testing of raw materials,
Preparing Quality reports, including analytical reports
Calibrating analytical equipment, as and when required.
Supporting all QC activities.
Undertaking any other duties, either for this department or any other department within the
business, which may be requested by the Line Manager, for which training and/or an
explanation has beenprovided and understood.
