•Prepares and records asset, liability, revenue, and expenses entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
•Preparation of reconciliations of various general ledger accounts for multiple facilities (account payable / receivable)
•Preparation monthly, quarterly and annual spreadsheets/reports for review
•Answering of accounting and financial questions by researching and interpreting information
•Coordination with facilities to ensure month-end information is received timely
•Preparing expense reports and ensure receipts are attached
•Cash flow Management and management of current liabilities.
Bank ledger and petty cash recording and reconciliation.
