I joined the Global pharma company in August, 2014 and since then I have worked in Research and development center as a Formulation and pharmaceutical products development specialist.
my main duties:
Formulation composition design and development, including compatibility, stability and degradation mechanism elucidation, understanding of the interoperability of the complimentary methods available for particle size, particle shape, surface charge, rheological. understanding the parameters and quality attributes that impact the clinical performance and safety of formulations, manufacturability of dosage forms, and stability in primary packaging. specifying raw materials and Packaging materials, Evaluation of raw material which supplied by new supplier.
Formulation of generic products such as development of pharmaceutical formulations for oral solution, suspension, emulation, and nasal drops. Topical development for ointment, cream, and gel. Solid dosage form development like tablets and capsules using high/low shear granulation roller compaction, fluid bed and dry blend processes, analysis of pharmaceutical and physical properties of finished products, Tech Transfer and manufacturing science support. preparing of master formula, preparing of registration requisites file and leaflet. training the production line workers and supervisors on the new master formula, analysis of pharmaceutical products by using different analytical instruments, solving technical problems associated with manufacturing in large scale aspect.
Also I have been selected as an ideal at the R & D Center of the global Pharma company for two consecutive years 2015 and 2016.
