Gather, define and analyze systems requirements.
* Design and propose the target solution, which meets client’s requirements.
* Develop and document Business Requirements Specifications (BRS) and
System Requirements Specifications (SRS) and any other related documents.
* Analyze existing and legacy systems and define transition plan where
applicable.
* Participates in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) as business stakeholder in
Project.
* Work closely with colleagues, developers, testers and a variety of end users to
ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction.

* Identify, define and document business needs and objectives, problems, input
and output requirements, and levels of systems access.
* Analyzes and develops requirements for, new systems and enhancements to
existing systems.

System Requirements Specifications (SRS) and any other related documents.
* Work closely with colleagues, developers, testers and a variety of end users to
ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction.

* Provides technical assistance in training, mentoring, and technical staff.
* Improve internal and external customer service; develops information system
documentation to support efficient operation.
Define business requirements and/or problems and initiates maintenance of
existing programs or designs of a new application.
* Supervises the daily activities of developers in order to meet project timelines.
* Participates stakeholders in order to analyze, communicate and validate
requirements for changes to business processes, policies and information
systems.
* Maintain appropriate skills needed for team growth in the skills matrix and
determine areas requiring training
* Represent the technical team leads weekly meeting when discussing potential
applications changes and any impacts within the Oracle production
environment
* Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and business users in
development of new technical objects within the applications
* Evaluate requirements from functional specifications to create efficient
technical design.
* Determine staffing and skills requirements.
* Coordinate work efforts with the DBA team and cross-functional application
teams for application change controls and system performance issues.
