Work with the engineering and support services department under maintenance and project division
determine the duties and activities of the Project staff. These including the hospital engineering functions and production of relevant document such as Request for Proposal (RFP).
Prepare project estimates, budget, schedules and execution plans.
Review and approve company designs and deliverables as meeting the project objectives.
Maintain effective and on-going communications with (Infection Control, Security, Safety, Maintenance and all concerned Stakeholders).
Update existing drawing as-belt.
Provide day-to-day management and control of building and plant maintenance activities.
Establish priorities, allocate work and monitor work completion standards. Follows up on all problems of BMS and prepare studies for problem solving and prepares a report regarding this matter.
Evaluate maintenance methods and procedures and initiate improvements where appropriate and possible
Working with Saudi Armco company (SMP) via SRACO Company at PMT Departments under Onshore Maintain Potential Projects Department (OMPD) with Gas Upstream Projects division.
Responsibility:
Responsible to facilitate all Gas Well Tie-in activities including monitoring the construction contractor safety, quality and progress. Assist in the planning and sequencing of the construction activities according to the Project Quality Plan. Evaluate and resolve any discrepancies and problems arising during construction which affect the quality and schedule of the work performed.
Leading construction activities by coordinating with multiple stakeholders including the Proponent, Loss Prevention, Project Inspection, and Government affairs to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule and within the budget.
Manage and ensure all materials in compliance with required quality for all projects and prepare reports for all final project turn over and maintain records of all construction procedures and prepare progress reports for project material reconciliation and cost close-out.
Pre-commissioning &commissioning for all instruments & equipment
Monitoring Hardware installation in the PLC panel with several vendors such as INVENSYS, YOKOGAWA & SIEMENS
Coordinating with multiple stakeholders including the Proponent, Loss Prevention, Project Inspection and vendors for any requirement.
Bachelor degree of Science in instrumentation and control Engineering Technology at Yanbu Industrial College , YANBU, Saudi Arabia, I graduated at 2016 with GPA (3.23) of (4).
