As a PM for Sanitation services of Waterfront and new districts am responsible for all sections ( w/s,
operation, IT, purshasing, Quality, HR, fleet movement, ....etc) and my essential duties :planning, managing and executing

Estimating the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals; as required, negotiate with other department
managers for the acquisition of required personnel from within or outside the Company
Ensuring effective and timely communication throughout the project lifecycle with the project team, project sponsors,
stakeholders and Program Management Office. This includes developing, documenting and maintaining appropriate project
plans, schedules progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
Leading project execution per plan, schedule and budget.
Tracking project milestones and deliverables and oversee quality control throughout the project life cycle.
Effectively managing the project team by assigning / coordinating project tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel
and resolving issues and conflicts.
Dealing professionally with internal and external calls in relation to the departments and the firm i.e. staff queries/problems with office facilities, suppliers and internal SLA’s.
•Responsible for managing the SLA’s with suppliers, maintaining the PO system re all office goods with preferred suppliers and running an automated procurement system within budgets.
•Responsible for the general building maintenance up keep, recording and cleaning.
•Responsible for providing security and key holding services as per procedures.
•Responsible for the up keep of records and information within all H & S compliances and regulations in relation to the office and staff i.e. fire drills, , DSE, accident reporting/logging etc.
•Ensure that the holiday/absence planner is kept to date and that none of the department’s holidays collide.
•Responsible for all training and Development within the new operations of postal department focused around scanning, Dicot and centralized printing.
