•Synchronized technical logistics and site logistics into projects schedules in terms of activities’ logical sequence, duration, contractual milestones, and cost loading of planned budgeted values for all resources. Assured regular monthly progress update by project’s planners and managers to avoid work disruptions and delays, conducted project Earned Value management (EVM) meetings to discuss the actual status and facilitate provision of most convenient remedial action if needed.

■ Supervised successful construction of a permanent dewatering system through a deep perforated PVC piping network under the city roads network including large precast manholes, pump stations, collection tanks with continuous pumping and discharge to the sea.
