Objective
Managerial position in Sales and Marketing wherein education, experience and skills can be efficiently utilized to increase the sales volume and profitability of the firm by fulfilling the following underlying functions:
• Leading sales teams to achieve sales objectives.
• Identifying potential customers in the market.
• Comparing products and their substitutes based on a range of criteria.
Use sales and marketing-oriented skills in the best possible way to achieve the company’s sales goals.Joined the National Paints Group-NPG team, as Assistant to the General Manager Commercial, based in Amman, Jordan, focusing on all NPG branches and Customers’ Show-Rooms and Retail stores, internationally.
Associating with Interior designers, locally and internationally, designing appropriate NPG branches and Customers Show-Rooms and Retail stores, acceptable and in line with each local society believes, under the GM Commercial guidance.
Travelling to all 12 countries NPG branches, assisting local Show-Rooms personnel, in Sales tactics and better penetrate NPG products to local customers, under the GM Commercial guidances.
Showing and establishing Sales/Areas/Regional Managers Team work, being Aggressive and Flexible into local markets, under the GM Commercial guidance.
Gathering valuable markets information on local Competition on Marketing and Sales activities and I was planning - proposing to GM Commercial for fast NPG localized market reactions.
Responsible for all group Exhibition appearances, locally and internationally, managing all Booth activities of floor sales forces and liaison with Exhibition authorities. Working closely with Export team, under the GM Commercial guidance.
Responsible for all NPG Paint Machines Equipments, locally and internationally, for proper Maintenance / Software renewals / personnel-customers Training / Competitors Paint machines activities.
Assisting the local Sales/Areas/Regional Managers during Budgeting planning periods (Oct. - mid Dec.), under the GM Commercial guidances.
Assisting the local Sales/Areas/Regional Managers teams on Budgeting Execution, on filling the Correct Monthly Sales Reporting and closely follow up: Sales and Collection targets, Sales activities, monthly Road Maps being set up from local Sales/Areas/Regional Managers, under the GM Commercial guidance.
Traveled one to two times per month between Lebanon, Egypt and Palestine to supervise the markets and evaluate them and solve problems with the most practical and functional ways accomplished all required targets.
Kept in touch with all Showrooms/Retail stores of ours and Customers through e-mail and video calls, following up the same responsibilities I was assigned to for four countries and submitted regular reports to the vice Chairman.

Palestine: increased sales of decorative materials up to 25%
Egypt : increased sales of decorative materials up to 20% in all targeted areas.

Worked part time in Ceramic Square Gallery (vice Chairman side business) as a manager to recruit and train the Gallery staff, with the knowledge of the market and projects I already carried on. The gallery was in a continuous advancement up to 35% for the first year .
