-Audit the teller transaction and make sure that they received the identification needed and correct their mistakes.
-Interfere if there is a problem with customer the teller can’t handle it and resolve issues with customer's accounts.
- Cooperate with branch manager and customer services to reach high efficiency and effectiveness in work
- Make a monthly matching between real balances and system balances of branch ATM, certified checks, teller cash, and branch vault cash.
