JOB DESCRIPTION
• A planning work for all components of projects .
• Estimation of cost (B.O.Q) with technical office of project.
• Cost control plan with technical office of project .
• Control plan of project with technical office of project .
• Time schedule of projects with technical office of project.
• Meeting with consultant and all stakeholders of projects.
• Prepare a projects documents .
• Prepare all different types of plans with consultant office.
• Make a revision of plans and meetings with consultant to correct any errors or modifications before start execution.
• Determine the specifications and method of statement with consultant.
• Check of `QS of projects materials and products of projects with engineer of technical office.
• Make submittal schedule and determine the suppliers for projects .
• Determine the subcontractors for projects or self made system as company system.
• Determine the requirements of human resources for projects .
• Put the functional structure of project and determine the job descriptions of each employee
• Manage team work according to studies and experience
• Make a plan of work according to the time schedule .
• Make the meetings with project group to have a goals according to (time and quality and cost).
• Make a meetings with all stakeholders to solve any problems at project.
• Manage the risks of projects .
