• Prepare the monthly Payroll file for review and payment by finance department.
• Ensure that employee records are maintained and updated in files and HR system
• Manage attendance and vacations and other leave types for employees

• Supervisor to procedures related company. As: the procedures include recruitment, testing, promoting, transferring sponsorship, rewards, penalties, and work monitoring.
• Supervisor to selection of best applicants and search for the best resumes that contribute to the positions needed to be filled.
• Review and administer Company policy and recommend improvement or changes.
• Develop policy and coordinate, such as employment, compensation, labor relations, benefits, training, and employee services by performing the duties
• Make sure that policies are in line with legislation and regulations.
• Ensure HR policies and procedures are efficiently communicated to all staff and follow up their implementation.
• Manage and coordinate employee Performance evaluation and suggest solutions to improve performance.
• Develop, maintain a development culture across the advising managers in the performance management on feedback and appraisal skills, delivering positive messages.
• Maintain of employment requirements in relation to day-to-day management of employees.
• Ensure excellence in customer service and escalate discrepancies.
• Lead the recruitment activities such as screening, scheduling interviews and job offers.
• Manage the training needs assessment and training delivery for employees.
• Follow-up training plan according to the needs of departments for their employees.
