o Technical and disciplinary management of the Engineering Department.
o Develop and manage engineering team ensuring they are given the resources and opportunities to succeed and to provide a cost-effective formwork solution.
o Define and actively adjust the planning of the workload of the Engineering team.
o Cross-functional collaboration with Sales and Operations to enhance business performance.
o Support and implement the agreed targets in accordance with Company strategy (e.g., with regards to utilization rates, profitability).

o Contact production team and supervisors to provide engineering solution for any arising issues.
o Design of the Molds required for shaping the precast concrete products.
o Supervising the site during precast unit erection.
o Preparing the lifting plan and the locus of lifting points by the aid of spreader beam.
o Contact consultants to provide technical solutions and solve problems appears with our design or materials in the site.
o Assist the Team Leader in maintaining the operational performance of the Technical Office and, where necessary, lead the team in the Team Leaders absence
o Develop an understanding of Acrow’s products and technical design strategy
o Produce accurate and economical drawings, schedules and quotations whilst maintaining an efficient and effective use of time
o Check schemes produced by other technical team members to ensure safety, accuracy, and economy
o Provide technical advice on all Acrow’s products to customers and Acrow Sales Engineers.
o Providing technical support to Acrow subsidiaries, mainly for design and structural Scaffolding and Industry topics
o Assistance and guidance for the technical offices in subsidiaries by finding the most appropriate project specific solutions
o Partnering with the technical offices in subsidiaries during the entire life cycle of their ongoing projects in any approaching matter
o Preparation and implementation (online, face to face and locally) of Scaffolding and Industry training concepts and learning materials
o Supporting the exchange of technical knowledge within the Acrow Co.
o Working closely together with other HQ departments (e.g., Product Management, R&D) to improve the collaboration within the Acrow Co.
o Prepare offer drawings and shop drawings according to local standard and building code regulations.
o Prepare static calculations required for related project submissions.
o Occasional job site meeting and support sales personnel to conduct technical presentation to client.
o Acquiring the necessary construction drawings from clients to ensure formwork design is according to the latest information and to minimized design revisions.

o Developing cost-effective formwork and scaffolding solutions
o Interaction with the sales department and design supervisor to provide the most effective design for the customer
o Strength calculations of standard material and own design material
o Performing static analysis, checking to ensure optimal design:
o Design and control of formwork using a given concrete pressure and other factors such as uplift pressure.
o Design and control of support structures
o Preparing formwork and shoring drawings for various concrete structures with AutoCAD 2D &3D
o Ensure that all design solutions are safe, technically accurate and cost effective
