Assign Job responsibilities to Mechanics
•Attend Outside breakdowns and send the Mechanics to rectify breakdowns
• To ensure the efficient and effective use of staff, workshop/body shop facilities and equipment.
•To determine priorities and allocate work to workshop/bodyshop staff.
•To ensure service and repair targets are met.
•To communicate with external repair agencies as necessary.
•To record all times and attendance hours to facilitate payment.
•In Charge of Vehicle Handover and maintain the track list of Handovers and drivers
•Keep the records of Vehicle Registration
•Registration Renewal: Maintain All Vehicles Registration Renewal details, and call vehicles for Registration Renewal inspection upon Inspection submit all relevant documents to PRO to get the original Vehicle Registration. Follow up with PRO until Get Original Registration.
•Upon Receiving the Original Registrations Scan & Save in the system to maintain Database
•Upon Receiving the Original Registrations inform the drivers/users to collect the VR’s
•Accident: Collect the Relevant documents from concern department and forward to Insurance Coordinator to Register a Claim with
Monitoring Production on daily basis for a Quality work.
•Giving the Job schedule to Labors
•Providing exact Measurements and drawings to labors
•After Production of Marble & Granite checking the Material to make sure all production has done as per drawings.
•Responsible to provide the Drawings
•Responsible to coordinate with Client and deliver the material on schedule time
•Responsible to follow up with Purchase Dept. for Raw Material
Responsibilities & Duties As A Operation Forman
•Responsible to follow up with Purchase Dept. for Raw Material
•Provide Training to CNC Operators
•Monitoring Production on daily basis for a Quality work.
•Prepare daily reports and forward to Management
QUALIFICATION: •Passed
