The role of the Officer Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) is to implement the MEAL work plan and contribute to achieving and improving the quality of the program/project. The Officer MEAL will provide support by collecting and managing the program's/project's output and outcome data. The Officer MEAL also plays a key role in data analysis and carrying out MEAL activities in the field and Submitting the required reports in a timely manner . The Officer MEAL will provide support to the program’s MEAL function in the field through working closely with the field staff to ensure the quality of the program/project. The role holder will also work on ensuring that Community-Based Feedback and Response Mechanisms (CBRFMs) are in place.

Recording and processing confidential information
Inputting project data into relevant systems, generating reports, and assisting in the analysis of project-related metrics.
• Arranging travel logistics, accommodations, and transportation for project teams as needed.
• Facilitating communication between project teams, contractors, clients, and other stakeholders.
• Providing general administrative support, including handling phone calls, managing calendars, and handling incoming and outgoing mail.
• Assisting with miscellaneous tasks and projects as required by supervisors or management.
Curriculum Development: Designing and developing engaging and relevant lesson plans aligned with the curriculum standards for both math and science subjects.
• Classroom Management: Establishing a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes respect, discipline, and a conducive learning atmosphere.

• Collaboration: Collaborating with other teachers, staff members, and educational professionals to share ideas, develop interdisciplinary projects, and enhance the overall learning experience.
• Data Analysis: Analyzing student performance data to identify trends, strengths, and areas requiring improvement, and using this information to adapt teaching strategies
Administrative Oversight: Provide overall administrative leadership, overseeing daily operations, managing office resources, and ensuring efficient workflow.
• Team Management: Supervise administrative staff, delegate tasks, and provide guidance to ensure tasks are completed effectively and in a timely manner.
• Project Coordination: Collaborate with project managers to support project coordination, tracking project timelines, deliverables, and resources.
• Financial Management: Assist in budgeting, expense tracking, invoicing, and financial reporting, ensuring accurate financial records.
• Vendor and Supplier Relations: Maintain relationships with vendors, negotiate contracts, and oversee procurement of office supplies and services.
• Event Planning: Organize company events, meetings, workshops, or seminars, handling logistics and coordinating event-related tasks.
