Main activities and
responsibilities
* On-site controller for all emergencies on the rig or at the camp
* Provide support to the Local Emergency Base Controller
* Manage all activities under my control in conformity with Company Health, Safety,
Environment and Security Policies and in accordance with quality management
principles. Ensure implementation and adhering to the requirements of the HSE
management System
* Review detailed program issued by operation engineer reply with any errors / omissions
/ recommendations
* Discuss signed programme with Hoist Tool pusher
* Carry out site visit of next location
* Download and review hoist sequence and 7 day plan
* Maintain onsite a 5 day look ahead of operations
* Callout all third party contractors required
* Callout required material from warehouse, completion Workshop and other third parties
* Carry out Well handover procedure with Operations
* Ensure all routine operations are carried out by contractor according to programme and
established procedures
* Directly supervise all non routine operations - which include cementing, stimulation,
perforating, logging, fishing, and retrieve packer
* Determine the correct needed size of wellhead & X mass trees for the wells
* Carry out pre-job safety operational meetings for all non routine operations
* Carry out a morning call with asst team to discuss operations
* Check and validate daily report for correct times and cost coding and ensure it is sent to
relevant parties
* Check WCAT (Well Control Assurance Tools)
* Carry out Lean Project (Money & Time saving)
* Allocate and track all lost time, uncontrolled and controlled, Validate daily report in
Hoist -27, Marmul & RTQ
