Personal discussions with the customer & Credit checks of applications as perpolicy;
*Downloading and analyzing Credit Bureau History; analyses financial and bank
statements of the prospective customer and identification of cash flows, expenses and
loan eligibility.
*Preparing Credit Appraisal Memo (CAM);
*Analyzing the property documents
*Check Legal and Technical reports for property cases;
*Disbursal of loan in system after checking all compliance.
*Sharing monthly repayment track record with credit bureaus; and
*Preparation of Monthly Credit MIS.
*Approve loans within specified limits, and refer loan applications outside those limits to
BM/HO for approval.
*Review and update credit and loan files.
*Compute payment schedules.
*Stay abreast of new types of loans and other financial services and production order to
better meet customers' needs.
*Customer query resolution pertaining to Sanction/Disbursement
