Head of Capacity Building Department at Global Network for Rights and Development

• Develop operating procedures and systems to ensure effective and efficient head office’s operations and its coordination of regional offices for the implementation of strategically plans on capacity building and training;
• Ensure the GNRD regional offices’ alignment with organization policy on capacity building projects and training activities;
• Establish and facilitate the communication between the GNRD regional offices regarding the trainings inside organization;
• Liaise with the GNRD Board of Directors, staff, and partners on behalf of the GNRD Director (by the request and with the approval of the Director) on the issues related to GNRD Capacity Building Department;
• Act as spokesperson in providing general information to the public concerning the GNRD Capacity Building Department;
• Represent the GNRD in international organizations by the request of the GNRD Director;
• Collaborate with other team members in the planning and development of internal training and external capacity building projects;
• Perform personnel‐oriented tasks, including participating in the hiring process, supervising the training of new employees, ongoing training of other employees.
