Marketing:
-Develop a marketing plan to expand investors database and brand awareness.
-Successfully Led prequalification process for potential ventures in the company portfolio. Starting from creating the database and MarCom action, ending with submitting the qualifying documents.
Sales & Commercial:
-Implemented from scratch the events and exhibition unit under the name of "Ramziat Jeddah" program.

Communication & Branding:
-Board approval of the new corporate identity, through Branded House Architecture. Also, the co-brands of projects held by the company to build awareness throw a unified brand visual image.
- Launch the new Identity (corporate guidelines, templates, social media, signboard).
-Lead and manage the company's participation in the Municipal Investment Forum (FURUS) through an innovative design that has been well received Due to its creative idea.
