1- Review staff job description and undertake any job analysis under the terms of
high job evaluation procedures.
2- Support, advise and assist the managers reorganization restructuring including
the development proposals consultation processes and implementation.
3- Undertake risk analysis of staff affected by any such proposals.
4- provide support to managers and staff during change programs and restructures.
5- Liaison with all Department Heads on the performance appraisal & employee
evolution for promotions or employee improvement training.
6- make sure the smooth implementation of new recruitment e-techniques
whenever applicable by using multiple job portals like LinkedIn, Bayt and other job
portals to attract talented candidates and to improve the present status of company
human resource.
7- Act as liaison between candidate and HR Dept. to coordinate all matters relating
to recruitment, interviews, assessments & selection.
8- Update and analyzing the employee record into the database (TribeHR & Netsuite
system) i.e. payroll change activities, updating personal files, salary increase,
resignation, termination.
9- Administers medical insurance for company’s employees; providing application
information; helping with form completion; verifying submission; notifying
employees of approvals.
1- Record the salaries and overtime on Netsuite system .
2-Do monthly report about the overtime, bonus and loan .Record / input invoices
and bills on Netsuite system, Record all purchase order .
3- Calculate the end of service .Write all the company and employees letter . 4-
Issuance of an exit re entry for the employees .
5- Renewal the employees Iqamah .
6- Record the employee's vacation and approve it .
7- Do all management requirement.
Record accounting entries for payments and settlements. Do monthly
reconciliations. Record/ input invoices on computer system.
