Responsible for customer service mainly.
Duties included:
Finding, researching and simplifying new areas of work and integrating them in the work routine
Data entry in online applications for visa and consular services for all countries, as well as student registration and online purchases, ... etc
Data entry in various databases either using MS Excel or private accounting software
Stock management and daily operations accounting.
Training other workers in daily routines and new procedures and techniques.
Installation, repair, maintenance of various software such as MS Windows (XP, 7, 8, 8.1, 10) MS Office (2003, 2007, 2013, 2016), and several other types of software according to customer wishes.
Solving customer problems and anticipating future problems in order to maintain stable work conditions
Advise, analyse, take stock of customer needs in order to help customers achieve needed results even should they not know completely what they like.
Despite the fact that I have graduated late it my life, that did not stop me from accumulating as much experience as possible in the things I'm passionate about. That includes computer software, research and database management.
