Communicate organization goals and operational plans to all levels of the organization.
Assist the executive director with strategic planning and coordination of the organization's programs, projects, and policy positions.
Manage the organization in the absence of the executive director.
Monitor the overall performance management, quality assurance and change management across the organization and provide regular inputs and recommendations to ensure its effective implementation and continuous improvement, including ensuring the compliance towards standards, systems and procedures.
Plan and schedule training faculty assignments.
Mange and assure delivery of training for customized and regular courses.
Work closely with NCAAA/ NCTVAA teams to accredit HIEI.
Create policies, procedures and forms for training department.
Assure the development and improvement of courses.
Evaluate, develop, revise and implement program curriculum plan.
Develop program specifications.
Build courses and program outcomes, objectives, timetable, slideshow and
activities.
Construct new courses.
Revise number of training weeks needed according to course timetable.
Coordinate the modifications of the courses with University of Akron.
Create new study plan and communicate with different colleges to
accommodate smooth trainee transfer.
Register and schedule courses for trainees, instructors and workshop laboratory
technicians.
Monitor and manage the implementation of program management process,
procedure, tools and standard and adhere to accreditation party policies.
Develop training aids such as manuals, handbooks and tools.
Handle logistics for training activities.
Prepare and submit annual training report for the management as needed.
Provide support for any issues with e-learning software and training activities.
Implement local training accreditation requirements to the training activities.
Handle training surveys according to local training accreditation party.
Plan the academic training calendar.
Assist in the development and integration of policies.
Review system and process to make modifications to address issues.
Document all training activities and records appropriately.
Teach elastomer technology materials in English language.
Provide the week plan to course coordinator.
Follow the course(s) timetable.
Participate in making quizzes, midterm, and final exams questions.
Attend Course Technical Meeting (CTM) sessions.
Grade assignments, quizzes, exams and laboratory reports promptly.
Participate in all Proctoring assigned.
Explain the theory and concept behind each machine when needed.
Adhere to course coordinator’s guidance.
Follow all safety committee’s guidelines.
Commission new equipment with vendors.
Attend seminars locally and internationally.
Register and schedule courses for instructors.
Train training team members in all training management aspects.
Control shared training materials.
Handle Trainee Handout, Announcements,
Track Grades, Report & Surveys.
Preform instructors and expatriate’s evaluations.
Construct responsibilities for course coordinator, instructor & workshop
laboratory technician.
Design and create academic training calendar.
Register and schedule courses for instructors, workshop laboratory technicians
and trainees.
Construct and implement new training policies and forms.
Plan and coordinate for laboratory training consumables and activities.
Build forms for monthly report, grading & laboratory coordination.
Track and audit the program flow throughout the semester.
Prepare trainee project ideas and activities.
Control training budget.
Ensure that all tests are stored and kept secure.
Supply all classrooms with training tools.
Analyze trainee performance on regular basis and provide solutions.
Coordinate with external supplier for trainee handouts.
Finalize trainees’ final grades.

Monitor contractor activities as planned.
Follow up with consultant for required updates.
Receive, review, resolve and acknowledges orders.
Coordinate the quality control in Dammam plant.
