Operation coordinator
Working as part of team under the guidance and supervision of a warehouse manager or supervisor in
Chemical Company. Involved in moving stock around manually receiving and carrying out all orders,
deliveries to the clients directly.
Duties:
● Receiving, moving, checking and storing incoming goods.
● Checking and inspecting goods received and ensuring they are of accurate quantity,
type, and also acceptable quality.
● Picking and packing products
● Making sure that all inventory processes are completed on the same day.
● Contacting transport companies and coordinating dispatch and delivery with them
● Ensuring a clean and safe workhouse for staff to work in.
● Storing stock away safely.
● Removing hazardous products from the warehouse.
● Monitoring stock levels.
● Submit the invoice to the costumer after delivery and following the payment proses is
going well.
● Sending samples for new products to our clients.
● Accurately updating all data into computer and manual recording systems.
● Moving items through the warehouse from receipt to dispatch to customers.
