Responsible for all day-to-day activities of the cost accounting function for the entire organization.
Ensure that there is accurate recording of expenditure in the appropriate journals and ledgers.
Prepare estimates of costs for unique products in order to establish prices of products and to forecast production.
Prepare various ad hoc analysis and reports for management related to factory performance.
Review for cost control opportunity and waste reduction.
Handle inventory management, analysis, and reporting for all factories.
Monthly Variances Analysis
Prepares monthly analysis of Material Variances and Scrap/Yield report.
Maintaining Cost System & Bill of Materials, Operations Cost and Controlling

Handle full spectrum of financial and cost accounting role e.g. AR, AP, GL, forecasting budgeting etc.
Review & approve payment vouchers & journal entries
Manage the day-to-day Petty Cash system
Control the P&L and Balance sheet of each legal entity
Monitors financial performance by measuring and analyzing results, initiating corrective actions, and minimizing the impact of variances
Preparation and processing of payroll
Monthly review and analysis of Balance Sheet, compiling back up documentation for Balance sheet reconciliation
Direct internal and external audits to ensure compliance assign and review staff’s work

Supervise accounting department, junior employees, and accounting assistants
Ensure business transactions are reported in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles
Responsible for general ledger and prepare annual budget
Work closely with team members to assist with
the month-end close
Analyze expense, inventory and consumption
variances for company management
Assist in preparing financial statement and analysis

Preparing journal entries. Assisting with monthly closings and account analysis
Assist in the daily operations of the Financial Management Office and participate with the monthly closings, assist in accounts payable and receivable processing, assist with the preparation of the monthly profit and loss statements.
