The main work is liaison among, Contractors, Consultants and Municipality/ ROP etc.
Preparing Budgets for the Géant Facilities (RO 100, 000 Annually), Ensuring Budgets are not exceeded.
Managing projects for GSL from drawing stage to execution. The main work is liaison among clients, contractors and design team. Géant (12000sqm), are few of the projects.
Managing Service providers, Fire Safety, Elevators, HVAC, and Refrigeration.
Responsible for Project coordination at site for Radisson SAS Tower (G+20), at Dubai Marina.
Tender Document preparation for Au Tower (G+35), at Shk. Zayed Road, Dubai
Coordination between Interiors, Client, MEP, Structure and Architecture drawings for Green Plot 1, A massive project with two office Towers and Hotel + a Mall in the podium levels
Municipal Submission of drawings, for various Projects.
Working/ Construction drawings of various projects(Multistory / Mixed Use)
Developed the full design from concept development to the execution of Skylight, Wafi City Sky Light, Wafi mall Dubai.
Coordinated the drawings For Acrylic Furniture Coming From Dubai for a Hotel(4 Season Hotel) in Lima sol, Cyprus.
Coordinate and developed the New concept of all Acrylic Toilets for 185 residences in Media City Dubai
Worked on drawings, execution and Supervision of Residential villas
Executive PGDBM, Course conducted by Khimji training institute Muscat, in collabopration with SIBM Pune.
