Responsibilities: responsible for the entire business of Iris in south India. . I, was carrying an annual target of US $ 30 Million, I was also responsible for stock planning, inventory allocation, liquidation, pricing, profit and loss, Vender relations, Costing, Logistics, recruitment and training etc in south India. I carry an additional responsibility of the Import Business with an additional target of $ 10 Million

Major Achievements: made Iris the No.1 distributor of HP (compaq)’s Computer Products in Karnataka within 10 months of joining .Iris enjoyed the No.1 position in HP business for 8 years continuously, in south. Iris started IBM business in 2003 in south and we were the No.2 IBM distributor in south.. We were the No.1 Distributor of Lenovo for their consumer products in Karnataka and Andra Pradesh. Shot the sales from a mere Rs.18 crores in an year to Rs.120 crores in 8 yrs

I joint Iris as the Branch Manager - Bangalore.I was promoted as the Regional Manager on the second year and as General Manager-South on the sixth Year

Responsibilities: As Major Accounts Manager, I was responsible for the business development from 25 Named accounts in Delhi.Ranbaxi India, Hughes Software, Alcatel Modi Networks, British council division, Taj group of Hotels etc were some of the accounts I handled. I did a Business of about Rs.9.0 Crores that year
