Proficiency in Integrated Building Management System
* Working knowledge in IBMS System of “EBI” (Enterprise Building Integrator) software
(Version R410.2, R430, R500.1 and R600.1) proprietary of Honeywell.
* Working knowledge in supporting software for EBI such as “Quick Builder” (Version
3.8 build 259) and “HMI Display Builder” (Version 6.7.158.1).
* Hands-on experience in Honeywell application software tools such as “Care” for XL Web
& XL 10 Controllers, “Comfort point” for XL 8000 Series controllers and Comfort point
open for “Comfort point open” Series controllers.
* Testing & Commissioning, Integration of XL Web Series Controllers (XL Web I & II).
* Testing & Commissioning, Integration of XL 10 Controllers (W7751 & W7752 series).
* Testing & Commissioning, Integration of XL 8000 Series Controllers (IPC, EXPIO, DIO,
SPC and VAV)
* Testing & Commissioning, Integration of Comfort point open Series Controllers
(CPO-PC6A, CPO-200, CPO-400 series, CPO-600, CPO-RL series, CPO-RS series and
CPO-VAV2A).
* Testing and commissioning of AHU, Chiller, Heat Exchanger, RTU, VAV, CAV, FCU,
third party systems and its related devices in Building Management System (BMS).
* Working knowledge on various third party integration of Energy meters, Water meters,
BTU meters, Tank Levels, compressors, boilers through different protocols .
* Worked on Bacnet, LON, Modbus, M-Bus and OPC protocol system.
* Having knowledge of executing & modifying the HVAC Control logics.
Present Job responsibilities
* Ensure the smooth working of the Building Management System.
* Troubleshooting and rectifying the day today issues and preparing the report which will
help the organization in observing the pattern in breakdowns for every individual
equipment and its related controllers and field devices.
* Analyze the issues arising in the system and provide timely technical guidance to the team.
* Perform preventive maintenance of equipment through SAP as per SOP (GDP).
* Conduct regular training on safety, documentation and system to skill up the team.
* Regularly take backups of all the systems to avoid the loss of data in any scenario.
* Prepare monthly reports; maintain records and archives as per the organizational standards.
* Design, Installation, Testing & Commissioning and integration of additional projects and
facilitate extensions.
* Performing Installation qualification (IQ), Operational qualification (OQ),
Performance qualification (PQ) for BMS System.
* By the hands-on experience with BMS, we can effectively analyze the root cause of the
failure or deviation in real time parameters of the utilities
