1-Work with all project disciplines in order to supervise and ensure understanding of total project schedule needs and integration of schedule activities.
2-Prepare master project schedule and plans during tender and execution stage .
3-Prepare detailed forecast and actual output (including charts) for all disciplines .
4-supervise project schedule analysis and studies of problem areas to determine criticality of
5-schedule activities and recommend alternatives for schedule improvement to project team
for discussion and/or decision.
6-Develop the most appropriate method of construction operations for a particular project.
7-Working with the site manager, he will plan and oversee the entire scheme.
8-Develop all planning and scheduling tools to be used in control, monitoring and reporting
of project status
9-Tracking schedule, manpower, and quantity progress and performance reports.
10-Review and check daily reports and analyze the productivity rates .
11-Review and check all cost control report and suggest solution if there was any problem
1-Responsible for monitoring and updating project schedules, preparing daily and monthly
reports.
2-Responsible for putting all recommendation, if there is any delay .
3-Interface with clients, project team and sub-contractors to ensure the progress of the
project .
4-Determine critical path activities for work areas and / or work disciplines and monitor
schedule deviations and proposes corrective action/work around solutions.
5-Identify and report activities which have a critical or potential impact on schedule .
6-Assist the Site Manager and the Construction Superintendent in the preparation of the
construction plan and studying the method of statement.
7-prepare and submit daily reports for Planning Section Head.
8-Attend progress meetings and report on the current situation and note all changes in the
forward plans and any restrictions on progress.
9-Monitor the site progress and prepare weekly ‘look ahead’ to maintain objectives and
agreed milestones.
