Customers Handled: Quintiles - Clinical Trial Service provider and a Pharmaceutical organization. Quintiles IT Infrastructure has been scattered across the globe. Devices will be more than 8000 nodes Approx. I will
be reporting to global manager from customer’s (Quintiles) end as well as internal Manager (Technosoft).
•Providing end to end UNIX production support across the globe. Global Datacenters situated in US, UK.
•Environment comprises of Oracle Linux, Redhat Linux, Solaris 9&10 and AIX.
•Building VMs & Physical machines based on the request as per the ITIL standards, which includes work flow stages like change, change Task and CAB approval process.
•Automated installation (KICKSTART) process will be followed for building all machine as per the
AIQs (Authorized Installation Qualification).
•Console management like IDRACs, Raritan (Out of band service providers).
•Handled Storage requests on EMC2 XTREME I/O like Lun creation, Lun Mapping to Servers.
•Responding to incidents raised by the customers, stack holders, application owners as well
the service operation center (SOC).
•Responding to Tickets from service now (Example - Mount request, Disk space mgmt, partition mgmt, Package mgmt, accounts management etc)
NOTE: Appreciated by customer for establishing Verizon iCloud infrastructure in a less time.

•Placing scripts to automate manual tasks like logs clearing, service restart etc.
