Project brief: Worked on a complete new home control application on a mobile phone. The project involved controlling and managing all the zigbee devices inside a house.
Role: Business/ Usability Analyst

• Worked on the sales proposal to showcase the wireframes to the client.
• Closely worked with the onsite team and the development team.
• Created personas, scenarios, task descriptions to proceed with the User centered design process.

Worked on the sales presentation of Chevron that required developing 100 learning courses, involved down steam operations within the refinery, their process and equipments to develop the elearning courses.
• Co-ordinated with the onsite SME and the project team to understand the user requirements.
• Involved in the design phase, story boarding and instructional designing.
• Strong in the delivery of courses on time.
2. Pre-Sales/Business Support for CES
Satyam wanted to have a Centralized Pre-Sales /Business Support Desk for the CFUs round the world.
• Developed an issue-tracker for ensures response and better accountability.
• Helped Configured and Managed two portals in SharePoint -CES Business Support Portal and CAPM Consulting Portal.
• Gathering Collaterals from all the teams in CES and providing the same to Presales, SO leads and Vertical Business Units (VBU).
3. RailCorp PPP- Australia
Module: Fleet Management
Project brief: The project intends to build a flexible, customizable extranet and Intranet platform and leverage it across all RailCorp departments to manage and maintain fleets.
Role: Business Analyst
• Studied the project profile, business requirements, configuration management, quality procedures, risks and their mitigation strategy, and critical success factors.
• Brainstorming to understand the process functionalities and co-ordinate process gaps and conducting with gap analysis.
• Developed approaches for wireframes based on the business requirements.
