My Role and Responsibility are as under:-
•To Audit and inspect Bio-analytical phase(Retrospective and In-process)
•To inspect the following process:
•Method development and validation process
•Subject Sample preparation process in Bio- analytical Department
•To give request for controlled forms, logbooks, revised SOP and issue of them
•To check the STP and Protocol prior to start Method Validation and study (subject sample Analysis)
•To check raw data (chromatograms, forms chemist not book relevant log book etc.)& other Bio-Analytical documents as per relevant SOP, STP and Protocol.
•To check calibration data IQ/OQ/PQ data and Review report of Instrument/Equipments.
•To report the observation of the audit in written to Group Leader and Bio-analytical head.
•To inspect following system:
•Personal training records.
•Chemical and Reagents
•Fire Extinguisher
•Environment records
