As Project Manager and quality Control my main objective are preparing quotation for client, ensure implementation of the best and fastest project schedules and processes, and process improvement /cost savings while retaining, Key contact for liaison with suppliers and Client (project management role), Proactively responsible for all logistical requirements (Logistic and booking role), Responsible for overall quality control of the project (Quality control role)
As an operation manager my work description are:
- Handling project administration;
- Coordination to client (as part of client servicing);
- Coordination with other team member and field team;
- Making schedule and timeline for project;
- Project costing and updating data (data controlling)
My Work Description are:
- To Ensure smooth running of Project within the area of Fieldwork;
- Prepare Quotation/Costing;
- Organize and manage the project items;
- Maintain contact with client (for field and tab project);
- Ensure project are successfully completed, with objectives met.
- Conduct environmental and health and safety consultation and other consultation program
- Conduct training material and develop system to support consultation program and training
- Giving training and consultation to the clients.
- Giving audit to clients.
- Help marketing division for conducting marketing presentation.
- Survey (field inspection) client asset that will be appraise.
- Make and write appraisal report of client asset
