Integrate customer B2B assets in Qualys, schedule scans and reports the vulnerabilities to the customer. Process the vulnerability remediation through Incident Management with various stakeholders. Conducts weekly meeting with the stakeholder on discussion of the incidents open pertaining to the vulnerability found in customer assets.
Leads a change to represent it in the RBS CAB adhering to the compliance & proper risk assessment.
Taking escalations & Recovery calls of the level 2 operations.
