Sets targets and establishes incentive schemes that motivate members of their team to reach or exceed sales targets;
Worked closely with Developers like Dubai Properties, Nshama, Emaar, Damac, Azizi etc
Conduct sales presentations to Buyers, collect information about their needs, propose solutions and recommendations using Market data reports from sources like JLL, Property Monitor etc and highlighting their benefits in the aim to get our properties specified and/or selected.
Help potential buyers in Mortgage and financial calculations in order to close the sale.
Create a network of internal and external brokers.
Participate in technical seminars and exhibitions to promote Dubai Real estate to Individuals and corporates.
Responsible for introducing new Real Estate Developers to the company to attract more sales
Accurately maintain and forecast pipeline of opportunities within Salesforce CRM
Develop detailed market plans that analyze competitors, market and price trends and target new customers.
• Analysis of local market trends and competitor activity to identify business leads.
• Develop customer accounts and travel to drive business to increase market share and revenue streams
• Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events
• Negotiate terms with new clients.
• Work within current business strategies and recognize potential opportunities
• Produce accurate and timely reports that meet the needs of the Senior management to include the reporting of appointments and business leads
• Develop and implement creative local marketing channels, including social media channels
Coordinating with various departments for the manpower requirements and effective solutions.
Preparation of the Search Plan.
Devising, running and evaluating selection processes including interviews, psychometric tests, personality questionnaires and various group activities.
Campus branding and campus placements.
Designing and launching the Internal Job posting process.
Managing internal job transfers
Ensuring quality of recruitment.
Ensuring an optimal sourcing mix.
Succession planning for Leadership, managerial and critical positions
Screening application forms and short listing applicants.
Keeping recruitment costs in control and developing alternate sourcing channels.
Managing the employee reference process
