Responsible for preparing the deliverable documents along with the Functional Leads, Study the As-Is-Process thoroughly, Interact with the users, Formulate the process flow charts, Document the problems in the present system, Give recommendation to the users on improving the present systems with examples, Collect the requirements from the users (SRS), Identify the sub-process that gets affected by the new requirement, Identify new sub-process that will arise as a result of SRS and their impact on present clients.
•Responsible for business requirement analysis, design, development, coordinating conference room pilots (CRPs) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and production setup, documentation, transition and support
•Responsible for drafting the To-Be process designs and other solution documents for delivery to customer and for the product teams
•Review and refine process designs with the process owners assigned by the customer
•Organize and facilitate CRP sessions with help of functional track leads and key champions assigned by the customer
•Distribute session notes, To-Be process designs and incorporate feedback, work with process owner to develop gap resolution options and supporting documentation
•Identify action items and estimates to close gaps in co-ordination with technical teams
•Providing functional inputs for technical components and participate in testing the custom components
•Develops detailed work breakdown structures in support of detailed plans
•Develops an understanding of the client business processes, Implement the best solution based on client expressed requirements and deliver documentation required for the project
•Ensures clients HIS knowledge transfer to client team and co-ordinates with the user team(s) for timely completion of deliverables
•Reports to client Functional leaders and attends the Project Team meetings

Serving as the resource for Clinical Customer Issues with apt resolution instructions and escalating the same to the physicians.
•Communicating with doctors and patients for therapeutic follow up; supporting various physicians for providing rational decision on therapy management.
•To sell the concept to the clinicians to adapt to the newer ways of approaching the challenges they face in managing the health of a patient.
•To discuss the clinical papers with the clinicians and to come to a mutual conclusion about the best practices in their respective fields.
•Co-ordination with the medico legal department of the company and the investigator to leverage the information.
